This client came in using a cane and had great difficulty going from sitting to standing and had to limit her walking. She requested acupuncture treatment on both knees, her right knee had been replaced several years ago and was more painful than the left knee which was scheduled to be replaced. The client was very sensitive to every acupuncture needle, so for her second treatment I decided to treat her with the red laser. She received two laser-treatments in which she reported an 80% reduction in pain and no longer had a cane and had no difficulty rising from a sitting position. She decided to cancel her second knee replacement. I taught her how to self administer laser treatment and sold her a laser. Hello Miridia, I have bought this package laserset a few years a go. I have used it just only a few times, I put de batteries out of the laserpen, and I just want to use it again but it is not working anymore. Both the blue and the red one is not working. Hi Shirley, Thank you for reaching out to us. I went ahead and emailed you some troubleshooting tips, please check your email and let us know how it goes 9 times out of 10 we find the lasers are not defective but that the wrong batteries are being used or the batteries are being put in backward. Please make sure you try using new alkaline batteries as lasers require alkaline batteries to provide adequate current. Also, the batteries have to have the plus ends both facing the click top. Hi. Is this device CE certified so I can import it to Europe. Thanks.

Unfortunately the Qi Lasers are not CE certified and cannot be imported to many places in Europe. We have been able to ship them into Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
