I hope you’re having a great
December! We certainly are!
Of course, the holiday season always puts us in a good mood, but this year seems particularly festive. Why so merry? Well, despite the sluggish economy, AcuGraph sales are up for 2012, and we continually hear from our users about all the ways our products are benefitting them and their patients. That definitely makes us happy.
And this year has also seen some important milestones, including the release of Auriculo 3D, hiring additional staff, and the production of our training seminar with Jake Fratkin. What’s more, we already have some more great products planned for 2013.
Looking back at 2012 gives us a lot to be happy about. Heck, the weather’s even been beautiful here in Idaho! So we want to celebrate.
Of course, too much merry-making can lead to unexpected results, so I was thinking about something moderate, yet appreciative. Put a couple of products on sale, maybe. Send a heartfelt email “Thank you” to all our customers.
The warehouse elves, on the other hand, wanted to go much more extreme. So I’ve had to put my foot down on some of the elves’ ideas around here. But even so, I’ve gotten word that some of the more naughty elves out in the warehouse have been sneaking “extra” presents into the orders they’ve been shipping out.
Take a look at this secretly filmed video I found in my inbox: What sort of extra presents are they sneaking in?
Wow. Crazy stuff. Free software. Posters. Treats. Extra products. An occasional laser. I’m still trying to get to the bottom of it all! But I’ll tell you this much–I’m going to put a stop to it.
I mean merry making is one thing, but giving away free stuff with every order? Well, that’s way over the top.
Now, I’m not quite sure how deep the problem goes, and the elves are pretty good at hiding their activities, so it may take me some time to get it back under control. Probably the rest of the month, in fact. I guess that’s good news if you’re planning to order anything from us anytime soon! But I’d suggest you hurry and get your order in while the elves are still celebrating behind my back.
