A few weeks back, late on a Friday afternoon, I was getting ready to pack up and go home for the weekend. Almost everyone in the office was already gone. Oddly, I heard the bell ring as one of our blog followers walked in the front door. Imagine my surprise! Because Miridia Technology is located Idaho, we don’t have very many walk-in customers.
Dr. Matthew Grippi, a practitioner from Eagle, Idaho, was intrigued by a video Dr. Larsen had posted on YouTube earlier in the week, so he stopped by hoping to see Auriculo 3D and the Stimplus Pro in action.
Although I enjoy talking to our customers on the phone, this one-on-one interaction was extra FUN!
I pulled out my Stimplus Pro and treated his ear for shoulder pain, duplicating the treatment he had seen in the video.
Of course, it wasn’t hard to make the sale after that, because his shoulder pain went away immediately!
Auriculo 3D is such a great resource to have in the clinic. With its easy search box, I can look up ANY ailment my patient complains of and have a treatment for them. If a patient has multiple complaints, I can easily create a custom protocol for them; and even save it for future visits. It doesn’t get much easier to come up with a treatment protocol than that!
Dr. Grippi was excited to purchase Auriculo 3D, the Stimplus Pro, a training DVD, some ear seeds, and the Ear Cure book.
Too bad more of you don’t live close to Miridia Technology. It would be a lot of fun to do personal demonstrations like this more often!
