I’ve always thought of myself as pretty great when it came to ear acupuncture. That was until I figured out how much I DID NOT KNOW.
It takes a lot more than memorizing a handful of really great point locations to become an amazing auriculotherapist. How I see it, there’s a difference between auriculoTHERAPY and auriculoMEDICINE.
In fact, there are some practitioners that use ear acupuncture ALONE as their only treatment to resolve really difficult diseases. Imagine that you had to give up all other forms of treatment and only use the ear to resolve your patient’s complaints. Would you feel comfortable doing so?

Who are your teachers in aurculotherapy? Is your methodology rooted more in Chinese or the French system? I just want to know where you are coming from in your training… and your point system… same question… Chinese or French. I studied with Dr. Li-Chen Huang for many years and don’t have too much background in the French system.

Hi Kimberly, I’ve now watched the webinar. There’s a slide at the 57 minute mark called “Auriculotherapy Success: Dr Raphael Nogier” and you mention his 2 kinds of points and doing a root treatment on the concha. How do I get specific info about this? Thanks, Matt
