New AcuGraph Options! 5/5 (5)

Dear AcuGraph Family,

When we released AcuGraph 5 in 2015 (can you believe it’s been SEVEN years!?!) we recognized that to continue providing the world-class service and support our customers deserve, as well as continue developing cutting-edge products, we could only do so in an ongoing partnership with our users. That was when we made the difficult decision to transition from a stand-alone software application to a suite of ongoing services. Or to put it more directly, we began requiring ongoing service and support agreements. 

In retrospect, this was absolutely the right call, and our ongoing partnership with our users has allowed us to continue providing cutting-edge products and world class service to our users and the world. 

Back then, we offered both monthly and annual support plans, but we discovered pretty quickly that the annual options were more popular and far less costly to administer. So for the last several years, we only offered annual options to new users, while we kept the monthly plans available only to those who were already subscribed on a monthly basis. 

But like all things in technology, the situation has changed over the past few years and monthly plans have become far more practical and affordable to administer. So today I’ve got some (mostly) exciting announcements regarding our service and support options. Here they are.

  1. Starting immediately, we’re again offering our MONTHLY service and support plans for Professional and Enterprise level subscribers. And better yet, we’re offering them at the same price they’ve been for over seven years! We’re very proud that we’ve been able to hold the line on prices this long, especially given current market conditions. 
  2. Our ANNUAL service plan prices will be adjusted to bring them more into line with where the monthly plans have been all along. See the grid below for options and details. 
  3. Our BASIC level of service and support, which has far fewer users than the other plans, has been discontinued. Users already on the Basic plan can keep it, but it will no longer be offered as a new option. 
  4. And finally, we want you to know we’ve been putting your ongoing support to very good use–and we’ve got some very exciting product announcements coming later this year. We can’t give details yet, so I’ll just say what’s coming is the biggest announcement in our history. How’s that for a teaser?
